About the project

A contemporary typeface project with a public evidence trail.

Super Dyslexia by Karl Lillrud is built around a simple principle: make design choices explicit, map important choices to evidence, and keep the limits of the evidence visible.

What Super Dyslexia is

Super Dyslexia V4 is an independently drawn Reading and Display type system by Karl Lillrud with two complementary families: Harmonia and High Speed. Harmonia prioritizes calm familiarity and contemporary balance. High Speed increases local character differentiation while preserving a professional visual language. The project exposes 82 evidence records and 24 design decisions.

What it is not

It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment or guarantee of improved reading. It does not claim that one font can solve dyslexia or that every dyslexic reader has the same preferences.

Creator

The project is created by Karl Lillrud. For public contact and creator information, use the official contact route.

How the site content is produced

Research records are collected into a structured registry, translated into explicit design implications and then mapped to a decision ledger. AI assisted tools may be used for organization, drafting, code generation and analysis, with publication decisions and claim boundaries controlled by the project owner. The evidence registry remains the primary traceable source layer.
