Service operator and seller

Personal use
The intended personal route permits free personal, private and noncommercial use after the required account or verification flow. Redistribution, resale, embedding into products for third parties and professional or revenue generating use are not included unless a separate license expressly permits them.
Professional use
Company use, client work, commercial publishing, commercial webfont deployment, applications, products and other professional uses require a professional license appropriate to the use.
Education
Schools and educators may apply for an educator license. Approval and scope are determined by the license issued for that application.
Research and accessibility claims
Super Dyslexia is a typography project informed by research. It is not medical advice, a medical device, a diagnostic tool or a treatment. The project does not guarantee improved reading, does not claim universal benefit and does not claim to be scientifically proven best. The public evidence and methodology pages describe the project’s current claim boundary.
Intellectual property
The website, font files, design system and project materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights except where an explicit license says otherwise. A license grants defined use rights and does not transfer ownership.
External services
Stripe processes professional license and support payments. Stalwart (self-hosted mail server) delivers verification and fulfillment email. Hosting is provided by netcup. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply according to their role.
Availability and liability
The project may change as research, testing and product requirements evolve. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the site or fonts will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for every reader, device, language or purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
